Paul Connolly – ChairmanPaul Connolly – Chairman

Paul has had a meteoric rise in the field of property. He founded the Orchards of London in June 2009 at the age of 28 and in only five years has grown the business to one of the leading estate agency groups in West London, with a team of over 50 staff. In this short time, the company has won several awards, including for two consecutive years the silver prize in the ‘Best London Small Lettings Agency’ category at the 2013 and 2014 National Letting Agency of the Year awards. The plan is to grow the business over the next three years to over 100 staff, 10 offices and a turnover in excess of £10 million.

Paul is the Chairman of Paul Alexander Mortgage Consultants, which he founded in 2007. His ethos is simple: to make his clients’ search for a mortgage and other financial services as simple and straight forward as it can be. This business is rapidly expanding and currently consists of a team of ten, including seven experienced and qualified brokers.

Paul is also the Executive Director of Centurion London, which specialises in high end property development focusing in particular on new builds and heritage buildings. Projects include the prestigious Birch Grove Developments, which consist of two architect designed four bedroom homes fitted with state of the art technology and practical basements.

The Crossways Project which was once an impressive building will be transformed to its previous glory and give it a future, but appreciate that as a “Building at Risk” (a recognition by English Heritage that if something is not done to save the building it could very well be lost completely through decay) this will require a lot of work, energy, expertise and financial investment. The support of the local community, council and other interested parties will be critical too in helping identify how to secure the building’s long-term viable future.

When away from his desk, Paul is something of a fitness fanatic and actively seeks physical challenges. Furthermore, he likes to combine these pursuits with raising money for good causes and helping the local community whenever he can and spends valuable time with his family.
